So I plug in my miner and the power turns green as does the Ethernet. The IP button is red and blue. After about 20 seconds the power light goes red and the fans get quiet but are still running.
Not sure what my issue is. I’m using the PSU below.
Did you get it going? Have you tried pressing the reset button on the back? I believe it’s the inset one, not the one sticking out. Also try connect the ethernet port directly to a computer. then use the goldshell yota bc app to scan.
I haven’t been able to get it going. I’ve tried resetting it and the same issue persists. I can use the IP address only while it’s green but can’t do enough to make any changes.
The laptop I’m using is a Mac, which doesn’t have Yotta BC download based on the software information provided by Goldshell.
I’ll bring it to my desktop and try. Kinda frustrating to be honest. I can confirm that the PSU is working as it has no issues when I plugged in to my desktop.
I was having the same issue yesterday with my CK Box. I bought the HS Box / CK Box combo and was able to get the HS Box online with no issue. The CK Box gave me the same issue that you’re describing and I was so frustrated that I gave up after troubleshooting for a couple of hours. Just tried connecting the ethernet directly to my laptop and now I’m able to connect it without any problem. It’s just weird that I couldn’t get this to work yesterday.
Dear all, did you solve these issues? I have a new CK box and I am experiencing similar issues. I managed to get it going but its by far the less stable of all my boxes.
