@sulfiroid

If you are using 2miners for your pool use on of these for the url’s below:

For Europe: etc.2miners.com:1010
For USA: us-etc.2miners.com:1010
For Asia: asia-etc.2miners.com:1010

----------------.

Next For The User You should put your wallet address in, then add a “.” then your worker name.

For example: 0x79a9FF58d1912C36768f6215aE6f38B5D4b775CE.1

So you would put your, walletaddress.workernumber

----------------.
For the password it is simple, you just use “x”

----------------.

Also make sure that you are mining etcash since your mining etc.
But If you were to mine a coin like ethpow you would use ethash.

----------------.
Last thing you should look into dual mining coins like etc and zil

Thanks. If you have the E9 PRO.
I’ve updated the firmware (https://file12.bitmain.com/shop-product-s3/firmware/28cfd972-27e1-473e-a764-8bb7924213d6/2023/02/16/18/Antminer-E9-Pro-ETC-release-202302111632.bmu) to get ETC mining capabilities. Flashed like a charm

I’m not used to bitmain hardware the moment.
Is the algo ok for ETC ?
algo-1

what sounds strange to me is that after rebooting, the asic makes a lot of noise for a few minutes. Then once the pool connection status is at normal, the sound goes back to almost silence. it this a normal behaviour until blocks are accepted ?

how long do we have to wait until the web interface shows a hashrate number ?
I do not want to wait the all night

any one being able to mine ETC with this machine ?
this is my first antmainer (I must do something wrong).

Thank you.

Hello everyone. I received my E9 Pro earlier this week. I initially struggled with mining pool setup/zero hashrate issues early on as their is sparse documentation for this miner at Bitmain. I want to send a heads up that to date, the miner appears to be limited to specific “Main” pools and is not able to connect to Nicehash, Unmineable, Prohashing, etc. I believe I discovered what Bitmain considers “Main” pools by viewing the E9 FAQ under their support portal. The link is here: https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/12711073390617-E9-FAQs
The E9 list of main pools is copied below:

BitmainETCMiningPoolList

I tested out several of the pools on the E9 list and they worked seamlessly with my E9 Pro. Hope this helps anyone who is struggling with finding a pool that works.

Hi rmonk7,
Try the pool as the forth ,ezil.me .
Thanks for your feedback .

do you have an example of configuration for ezil.me ?

Happy Friday Sulfiroid!
Ezil.me provides a great dynamic configurator at this link https://ezil.me/start?pool=etc

Bear in mind that as far as I can tell, the E9 Pro may not be able to dual mine ETZ and ZIL. Flexpool stated it was possible but I was not able to get it to work. For Ezil.me, here is an example config for E9 Pro using the ETC firmware:

stratum+tcp://us-east.ezil.me:4444
ETC wallet address.work name (ex 0x4257f222222662711111682444ef561E79fE23e1.e9pro)
Any password (ex, X)

Thanks and I hope this helps!
