Looks like they raised the price to $6930 and they aren’t selling quickly. Still in stock after 30 mins.

I am having the same issue as you. I have gone back and forth with Bitmain. I was very specific in my email and all they keep doing is pointing me back to the KYC link with no help. Its been frustrating as they go two to three days without replying. Please post here if you figure out a solution, thanks
Oh your doing better off than me haha I never received an email back.
Called their number it’s just and auto message on reply….weird.
I also had a family member create a new account on my behalf to see if it will fall though and received the same results.
So definitely an issue on their backend….it’s totally weird a company that makes sales with units at high price point functions like this, it’s just so odd….
Or it’s me living in Silicon Valley for too long haha that I would find it odd for any webpage glitch lol
These Z15’s went on sale yesterday Thursday at 5PM PST. I tried to order but Bitmain has this very annoying KYC which needs to be manually approved by the Bitmain staff. I emailed them 2 times last night to approve my account and all I get is this - your email has been submitted to the appropriate department. Looks like Bitmain is trying to reduce their sales and make it impossible to purchase.
How is Crypto going to become mainstream when it’s so difficult to do anything, it should not be this difficult to spend money! I hope we get some mining companies like Intel to take over this industry.
Bitmain just approved my KYC, check your spam/junk emails, thats were it was.
Just place an order for a Z15 and paid USDC, which was nerve racking, I did receive a paid confirmation from Bitmain.
If you are trying to purchase without an account and need to set one up, it’s going to be a pain and take around 24 hours. Also, there is a section on the order completion page where you are given verification numbers that are in different colors that you can barely read - example “60 7 1 ?.” I must have tried like 50 times before I realized they are asking you to solve a math problem “60 + 7 + 1 = ?.” 68 would be the answer.
The average person would not have the patience to figure these things out, this is what sets us apart!
