I started dabbling in mining with a trio of 1070s and mined 1 ETH between October 2020 and April 2021 on Etherminer’s pool. But around mid-April going forward the difficulty has doubled the time it takes to get 0.05 ETH. Is it worth it to switch to an altcoin and mine til my gpu’s become irrelevant, or should I just back out now and sell my gpus since my 1070s are worth twice what I paid for them on Ebay and just buy a small portfolio of altcoins to Hodl?
