So you have not placed the order yet because you said you can have them hold it or delay it, but yet your saying you are refunding people’s money out of your pocket. The two don’t make since and again, these are just proven to be illegal practices. Actually more along the lines of harassment and threatening. These comments are why people think your a scammer Steve.
Non of us signed up to give you money to hold it for months or take months to get what we paid for. That was not part of the deal. If I knew and you where transparent about it taking so long I would of went elsewhere to buy. But I guess your Steven Drawdy and you make the rules up as you go, better yet in your mind there are no rules or laws.
I’m out for good Steve, I am done talking to you. I feel uncomfortable with your threat’s on keeping my money or miners hostage for your enjoyment.
What Steve don’t understand is, it doesn’t matter how you pay for your items for the FTC refund and shipping rules and regulations to apply. He was not in to business to buy and sell CRYPTO, he was in the business to buy and sell ASIC equipment and that equipment is what the FTC rules regulate.
But since he is Steven, he tends to think he can come up with rules and regulations all in his own and we will fall for it out of fear.
I guess I’ll bring this thread back to the top again. I understand the atmosphere we are in but are there any Mining Hardware sellers that accept credit cards?
I buy from a company in China… you pay through Alibaba, and they hold your funds until you receive payment and verify. I’ve ordered nearly 30 from him in the last couple years.
Thanks for your question. Yep, we accept credit cards (+3% fee) and document everything prior to shipment. There’s a myth among sellers of crypto hardware that most buyers abuse credit cards and file spurious chargebacks. Though this does happen, we find that it accounts for a small minority of transactions and we typically win chargeback attempts based on the process we use for selling, testing, and shipping machines.
First the vendor need to say everything clear like delivery time
there are some scammer they dont make clear about the delivery time, always delay.
second you can make a video call or you can go to pick up the goods, to check the company if they are real, if they refuse or other reason, then maybe scammer.
Up to you, ofc. That said, there’s basically no risk for the buyer when using credit cards. Manufacturers don’t allow returns or refunds either. They offer warranties, instead.
As also stated on our website, we guarantee that machines are working upon shipment and non-working machines are insured against loss. So, we have a process in place to cover any losses or damage in shipment.
