Avalon A1166 pro 81th, isent working 81th?

Hello,
Im buy the new avalon A1166pro 81th

But in 30 bays isent work 81 th?
Meaby is firmware to update? can i have link ? or diferent solution…

Where did you purchase this Miner? Also check how much power its using because if the miner was used before they might of underclocked it so they can run it more efficiently.

how can check power(FMS)? how can i increase the power?
i buy her https://cryptosupply.de/ and ther is new.
MY LOG MINER

And thenks your support…

Hello,
Im fix thet,
ADJ(1) is a solution, in FMS is diagnosi and get command [{“command”:“ascset”,“parameter”:“0,aging-set,1”}]

This command is used for aging test, the aging test is to auto-tune the frequency and voltage of Miner ASIC to find the best hash rate and lowest power consumption .

The aging test will run 2 hours and the hash rate will fluctulate, please don’t interrupt the miner aging test ,if the miner reboot during aging test, the miner will run 2 hours again to finish the aging test.

I have teh same problem + a new one 3 days ago. I tried the fms command aging but it seems doing nothing. Looking at the log the aging parameter is 1 ADJ[1].

In the next lines I share the description of my problems. I’ll be grateful if anyone can help me.

I have an Avalon miner 1166Pro-81 since 1 month ago. It never worked at 81TH. In the config page the max TH is 68TH, but 3 days ago the Hash0 went to low temp, nearly ambient temp, and the TH went to 46 t0 48TX max.

It began when the ISP cutoff internet for aprox. 10 min (before that the miner worked at 68TH, afther that moment at 46 to 48 TH)

In my case Hash0 is wich “runs” at low temp. Hash0 it’s fine but is seems not to work (I cheched with the power consumption: 9,1A now in normal mode and before was 13A) After 5min that the asic starts, the temp in hash1 and hash2 goes up, so I finish turning off the asic to prevent damage.

Log after 5 mins

I partily solved the problem fixing the fans speed at 55% with a command via FMS soft, and the temp in the others Hash manteins in the recomnded limits, but is not permanet solution because if you rebbot the changes are lost. With this solution the temp of Hash1 and 2 doesn’t go up but the Hash0 it seems to be doing nothing and TH is about 46TH instead the 68TH (68 that have to be 81TH for this asic)

[{“command”:“ascset”,“parameter”:“0,fan-spd,55”}]
FMS download link: https://canaan.io/service/447

I’ll be grateful if anyone can help me.

Have you checked your psu? One of my L3+ was only running with 2 hashboards. I had an extra apw7 so i figured why not lets give it a shot and to my surprise, all my 4 hashboards were back to working! Previous apw7 psu i used had been brand new, so it was bit of a disappointment but there is nothing you can do. Sometimes, you get bad apples in the mix…

Thanks, I’ve check it but the PSU is ok.

It could be something related to te aging?
Looking at the log the aging parameter is 1 ADJ[1]. Normaly It should be 2 after 10 hours of the last restart?

The log description documents that I downloaded from Canaan says: “Adj [1] is displayed before aging. When adj [0] is displayed, aging is in progress. When adj [2] is displayed, aging is completed. When adj [1] is displayed after restart, aging is in progress.”

looks like you are running in Normal Mode. I have heard rumors that running in High Performance mode is not supported by Canaan, but that would probably get you full advertised hash rate.

Would be good to have some other 1166 pro owners feedback on this issue since i have have this machine on my radar for a future purchase…

Good afternoon sirs.

I have some problems very similar to many of you. I have some Avalon 1066 Pro… and it seems that due to a problem with some cards, the machine goes crazy and starts running with the HASH cards configuration voltage at 1340. This voltage is automatic when the machine is at high performance, but In normal mode, this setting fluctuates at around 1260.

Even in normal mode, the machine plays at 1340. I’ve tried everything, but nothing works. I updated the firmware, used several controllers, but nothing worked…

The only way to temporarily resolve it is to use: [{“command”:“ascset”, “parameter”:“0,hashpower,1260”}], but as you know, when the machine turns off or restarts, it loses the configuration.

Does anyone know any way I can use this command directly in the cgminer configuration within Avalon? There is a field where commands can be placed, but this command doesn’t work there and even ruins the controller, where it only works again if I format it at the factory.

Thanks.
