I just saw that Bitmain is releasing a new hydro cooled almost 200TH unit, and a pre-made shipping container farm, that are to be sold together, with a 190 unit minimum order on the S19pro+ hydro. If this whole package is priced under $100K I’ve very interested. Release date mid-late 2022

When you say whole package for under 100k, I assume you just mean the shipping container?
No I’m hoping for the whole thing, the last container Bitmain released was priced around $40K if memory serves. I don’t think this whole setup will come in under 100K, just hoping.
It will hold 210 S19s that are pushing 198TH each. That’s over $200k profit/month.
I’m thinking about ordering one or two. What do you think of the
Goldshell KD6 26.3Th (April 2022 availability). If I got two of these would a conex be the best placement with separate wiring?
If you can get your hands on those machines (last I saw it was by invite only), then a conex would be way overkill for 2 machines. Even a small 20’ conex can hold about 200 asic machines. For just two, I would put them in your house/shed/garage and have an electrician wire up the proper outlets. If you live in an apartment, then I would consider using one of the remote hosting services like compass.
