Anyone recently ordered from Bitmain?
I ordered and paid 5 weeks ago, but after I sent the payment they will not reply to my support ticket anymore when asking about status of my payment and order.
When I ordered, the Asic where in stock and should have been sent within 10 days after they received the payment…
Would like to know if anyone had similar issues or if everything went fine?
How do I fix this?

Bitmain used to take up to 3 months to ship. don’t be surprised if they take time. just verify it was bitmain and not a scam site acting like bitmain

Will it really take 3 month with products that is in stock? (Shipping in 10 working days after fully paid)
Since they have not confirmed my bank transfer payment yet, the order had expired now. Will this be an issue?
It was several weeks since I paid, to the the correct bank account according to their specifications…

The m usually just denotes a mobile version loading the domain appears the same so
should be the same site effectively.

After several support tickets to Bitmain I finally got hold of a really helping guy.
He told me what the issue was and after I solved the issue they have now sent the Asic
