Bitmainexpress.com? Prices are almost too good to be true

I am looking for antminer D7, and found one, in stock, on bitmainexpress, for the original price-1800$.
Im sorry what? most of them are reselling for 10k, how is this possible? Reviews are also very very mixed. Half of the people saying that its awesome, and other half saying its a scam and never accually received a package. If anyone knows, or has ordered from there, please respond, i need to know if its a scam site, or is it legit.
