I have run out of ideas and need help. My miner is online but the inbound connection is not active. I also tried upgrading my antenna but that isn’t working. I need to start getting witnesses or this miner is going on eBay.

If your helium miner is sitting behind a router or firewall you may need to look into your port forwarding (and receiving).
No idea if this is your issue but it’s worth looking into.
