no, once a hotspot is used it needs to be transferred. you can definetly get in contact with the guy. click on the contact us tab and message ebay. if you want i can sell you one that is brand new in box.

Are you even able to register them now? I think bobcat stopped all support and the ability to register it free for the first use. I simply gave in as there’s no support and the idiots on discord simply mimic those wanting help. I still have a brand new one also that I have no use for.
