New setup for me. Connected everything (lan) in and waited an hour. I’ve got a green light on the miner. DX confirms it’s syncd. I can’t connect from the bobber app. no idea what I’m doing wrong. Tried the BT button and can’t discover on any of the phones in my house. So frustrated. I can setup an asic in 2 minutes. Why is this so hard. I waited 7 months for this garbage.

Out of interest, does the LED turn blue when you’ve held down the BT button?
My setup went through fine, although it did take a couple of attempts to connect via BT. In the end it took a few days to synch. Mine is temporarily running on WIFI, but once I instal my outside aerial it will be directly connected to the Ethernet on my router.
Work around for everyone. The helium app steers you to the bobber app which is the problem. If you iniate Bluetooth mode on your bobcat, you can onboard choosing another miner. I think I chose the Coti. anywho the helium app connected and onboarded my miner. The bobber app is the issue. Sorry for my grumpiness. So frustrating to wait 7 months and not have correct instructions from bobcat on how to onboard. The bobber app is useless as far as I can tell.
Dont worry, i know this feeling, have you tried both ethernet and wifi? and sometimes maybe your bluetooth on your device doesnt recognise the miner
