I am getting no hep from goldshell. I have not gotten any kind of response. I can not access my MINI doge miner. I have had no problems until today when the browsers got closed. I go to open them and now I am unable to access my MINI DOGE MINERS admin page. When I search for my miner on their website, it shows up but, when I click to open its page based on its IP it displays absolutely nothing. I try to view it on my phone and it says it can not load this page. The tab on the top of the screen says cloud-box and has the goldshell sign next to it but that is it. Has anyone ran into this problem? I have turned everything off in terms of firewalls and still nothing. I am not sure what to do as I am now not able to update my miners firmware, or anything. PLEASE HELP
