No different algorithms Mini doge uses scrypt and etc is etchash

Mini Doge can mine DogeCoin and Litecoin at the same time, but cannot mine ETC. If you want to mine ETC, you can choose miner with etchash algorithm in Jasminer or Innosilicon.
