You need to provide more info and specifics of what you have done and what results you are getting

Leave the stratum+tcp:// part of the pool out. Ie
stratum+tcp://hns.f2pool.com:6000 Instead do
HNS.F2pool.com:6000
It’s pre loaded in the Goldshell UI.
If it’s something else, be a little more detailed. Lots of knowledgeable people around these parts✌🏼
