Rent cloud. That’s the cheapest. Is it the best. Not sure. Can’t find a situation where you mine more coin than you paid to rent.

If you look around, you can find some prebuilt rigs with no gpu’s. Then just look for some used gpu’s. I built mine on a budget but its the gpus costing me the money. I found everything on fb marketplace but built it from scratch. But all I can say is that budget builds dont pay out much unless you have good hardware like an asic miner or expensive gpu’s.
