Ck5 quantity per day

Congrats on ordering your CK5 last week. Here is my latest. Disregard the 984 payout yesterday…I had my small operation shutdown for several hours yesterday working on my heat exhaust setup. I have a CK5, a SJ19 96th, 3 doge minis & a KD box. They throw off some heat

I ordered mine from Ebay

For your Ck5, what do you do about the noise? I thought about putting it in a cooler, but I’m unsure if the attached psu would get too hot

i don’t recommend doing that. I’m afraid it may overheat.

I built a large insulated box out of 2" exterior foam insulation and added 8" rigid ductwork w/ an in-line fan & 2 suction points to pull out the hot air. I added a damper to dump the heat into my garage over the winter and another to exhaust the heat outside over the summer. I ended up working on several designs before getting something to work. First issue is addressing the heat properly and then add some material to dampen the sound. Add a filter for your intake air to keep your miner clean and happy longer. I also have fans pushing more air across the miners. Hope this helps, let us know how you’re making out.

what type of air filter do you use for air intake?

Just a standard HVAC filter. 16" x 16" x 1" cut low in the box to draw in the cooler air. I also have a window box fan to help push air into the enclosure.

Just wondering if everybody experienced a large drop in daily ckb recently. Was getting around 1200 to 1300 with a ck5. Now around 1000.

Hopefully I don’t have an issue. Reject rates are pretty high. Is that due to the difficulty or something the machine is doing?

Thanks

As more miners come online both the total hash rate increases and the difficulty also increases. I believe there is a finite amount of CKB produced daily.

My CK Box is down to 97 a day, started in the 140s 2-3 months ago.

Anyone try using 2miners? also may be worth mining solo if you have at least 2 ck5

How do you mine solo?

I am only getting 90 CKB per day and I am using poolin pool.
