Hello everyone I am fairly new to mining. I been following voskcoin for several months now and finally decided to take action and purchased 2 miners from coinminingcentral.com a mini doge and a hs5. I purchased them on 8/18/21. I got the mine doge delivered on 8/25/21 and was suppose to get the hs5 delivered to me on 9/7/21. Not sure why they didn’t just send both of them together.
I have been contacting DHL and they have opened and closed investigations several times and the results always come back as the package has been lost. Coinminingcentral.com has also open an investigation and are waiting for an answer from the shipper and I have been told that it may take several weeks for everything to be resolved. I have been super patient with this situation considering that it have been almost 2 months since I placed the order.
My question is has anyone else run into this problem with them or did I just get scammed ?
I have asked if I’m going to get another miners sent or a refund but did not get an answer besides that an investigation is in process. I feel like if an investigation is in process, I shouldn’t be the one paying for it cause I been missing out on a lot of money. I feel like I should get a refund and go on and they can resolve the issue between themselves.
