Has anyone ever had an order of miners randomly pulled for accurate value check and HS code verification?? They want 25% plus 7% state tax plus customs fees. This has NEVER happened to me before. What are my options?? I’ve been doing this a long time and I’m baffled at the moment. If I send it back it may get lost or stuck at Chinese customs for months. If I keep ‘em, we gotta pony up a huge nut. Any input or experiences would be greatly appreciated!!
Truthfully pony up the money it’s what happens when you don’t tell the truth
If they have accurate pricing and aren’t just seizing the goods or adding a fine, I’d say paying what the rules state is getting off easy. It could have gone much worse.
