I can’t seem to find this information anywhere. When using the calculator on minerstat, all the pools listed show their payout type. A lot of times the pool labeled “ETH” is near the top, if not number 1. But underneath the name, instead of payout type, it just says “Ethereum”. So is that like an official Ethereum pool because I didn’t know there was one lol. Does anyone know the answer to this? Thanks in advance
Hello!
ETH represents theoretical reward which is based on block reward, network hashrate, network difficulty and price of ETH coin in the last few minutes. This reward estimation is not directly related to any pool.
On the other hand, the rewards for pools (HiveOn ETH, F2Pool ETH, Ezil ETH, etc.) come directly from these pools’ APIs. We don’t have all pools included to the system yet.
