If you guys will come together somehow and get with the DA of his local law enforcement, you can cause some issues for him.
Behind the scenes itās a big deal in the making. Very BIG. But thatās all I can say. I as well as the others will not let someone sit behind a desk and do nothing other than try to establish fake relationships and steal money from people who actually work for it. He has caused me in particular lots of stress and major losses as well as having to change alot of things around financially and at a loss just for his ignorance and lies.

Bad thing about the wheels of justice, they just turn so slowā¦ and to make matters worse is the COVID backlog of other cases that started in 2020/21 still going into 22.

A friend in the industrial machine shop supply business said it cost 6X the price of a refund not given in lost business and customers. It is much easier and more profitable to keep a customer than it is to replace him. Sometimes, I think this is lost on people especially among crypto mining suppliers. I will not mention names but one such supplier, whom I had purchased from successfully in the past, went ballistic over me asking him to get involved in a PayPal refund. When trying to calmly explain that only he could initiate the refund, he said he was done with me and it is all on me now. The truly silly part is that he really had requested the refund and all the drama was pointless. Moral of the story? He lost me forever as a customer over a $650 purchase. I am just beginning to build what should end up as a substantial mining presence (at least for me). I will need tens of thousands of dollars more in equipment going forward. So, what did this $650 curfuffle cost this guy? You do the math.
What did you buy from this guy? Itās true because of that master

Cryptominernv: You guessed it, an L3+ with new power supply. This machine was to go with a few other miners in my garage. I use these machines to fund a hobby. The much more formidable equipment purchase is with Compass Mining and this is just the beginning.

MrMike1992: wow, you are now shilling for Steve? Canāt image why Steve thought I was talking about him. I never mentioned him by name. Only he and I know the details of that transaction. For whatever it is worth, Steve thinks I was āscammingā him by paying with a Discover credit card through PayPal which he said was OK to do. I paid, PayPal notified him that funds were allocated to him and he immediately called and reversed payment (see image). Steve relishes playing the victim. Most of his problems stem from self inflicted wounds.

You are correct he is very good āor at least he thinks he isā at making us people feel like we are the corrupt ones and we are the frauds. Being threatened with lawyers because we are losing him buisness when in fact he is the one doing it himself. If he would just not lie, tell us what is going on with these orders then all would be fine. But my opinion still remains strong that I personally was scammed out of 32k. I will continue to think that and will continue to take legal action until proven otherwise.
WE are not trying to slander his name or intentionally make him lose buisness, we are just simply stating facts that are presented to us and warning other potential buyers be aware. Last time I checked that was not illegalā¦hold on let me thinkā¦nope, still not illegal! If that were the case then anyone who left a bad review for a McDonaldās cheeseburger would be brought to court!
Iām not trying to make fun and games of the situation but the individual who has brought this on makes me feel like that is what we are dealing with. Let me state some facts!!!
1: I am not scared of a lawyer. When I have done nothing wrong but worry about my money and ask questions and warn others.
2: I will not be threatened or bribed to retract or feel intimidated by those said lawyers
3: I will stick up for everyone who has lost thier money and have not received thier items

Why does it take so long to get items?
Why has there been to transparency?
How come suppliers in China have already given refunds to certain asics that where behind to the buyers AND resellers.
All this and text telling me that talking to you is me accepting your terms and conditions land that you are not liable for any money lost, meaning of you lose our money we gave you to buy products itās not your responsibility itās our.
I asked my lawyer and he said absolutely not this is not even legal and has no leverage.
This is fishy as shit!

Yes, Steve, indeed you did initiate the refund after you were paid. It was only your paranoia that caused you to do this. According to the voice recording you posted, all you had to do is wait for PayPal to process payment. You did not want to do this and reversed payment (see image I posted earlier). You call this a scam which is patently ridiculous. If using a credit card for payment is a scam, then everyone with a credit card is guilty. You obviously have issues to deal with, Steve and I hope you resolve them. Letās just end this now because what is done, is done. But somehow, I think you are the type that needs the last word. So be it.
I listened to that video. So being that I have some common sense I feel that it had proven nothing other than it was used as a weapon for fear and threat, but only an illusion as it proved nothing.
He initiated a refund āfor whatever reasonā because maybe he was scared he got scammed?

I donāt either. But Steve didnāt leave it at that. He had to indict me as a scammer. That was uncalled for and I had to respond to it.
