Gold shell order / payment / support ticket issue

So I placed an order for another CK box on October 27th… it’s been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t gotten a single reply from Goldshell although they’ve already done another drop, have seen them replying on twitter, have seen other people post with this same issue… I made a payment and I guess in the massive rush to get the order in, since they sell out literally in seconds it seems, I didn’t put enough BTC in my Exchange account to cover the ridiculous $25 fee to send payment over to Coinbase… so I get an email telling me this…

ANYWAYS… this would be the 8th machine I’ve ordered from them in the last 4 months… I want to place another order the next time they do a drop, but not if I’m going to get screwed.

I’ve seen people on their twitter so I know I’m not the only one… anyone have any ideas? What would YOU do in this case?

I’ve blown up their email, I’ve commented about this on multiple twitter posts they’ve made, I have 3 open support tickets without a single reply… sooo what else is there to do?

There is nothing else to do but wait. This is how it is with overseas vendors. Not sure why you think $25 fee is ridiculous.

I have to agree with this. You are lucky it is only a good steak dinner amount and not a full Ben Franklin.

Sounds like a manufacturer in way over their heads trying to make sales at retail cost, when they have little experience doing so.

Don’t they accept USDC too? That would eliminate this issue.
Just checked, they do take USDC.

Newbie here, I have ordered my first miner - CK-box this week from GS.
Paid with USDC (ERC20) so there was $25 transaction fee as well.
Got confirmation email from them right after and the order status shows “Processing”, so I am kind of relieve, especially it was my first crypto transaction, LOL.

After doing some research, seems it will take quite some time for GS to send out the shipment to DHL. So I will just get other stuffs(pool membership, PSU, etc) ready in the mean time.

Subject to ERC20 gas fees. Not sure what that would be.

I’ve ordered several Box miners from Goldshell this year. Each has taken about 20 days from order to door. There can be a considerable time from order till it says shipped - seems to stay in processing for 6-9 days most times. Then there’s a good deal of time where it will say shipped but DHL tracking doesn’t show any movement. Once it FINALLY shows movement on DHL tracking the actual delivery time is only about 4 days.
