I went to buy a goldshell SC box II for 399$ some how i sent the money to get the CK box II because i had that wallet address along with the SC box II address in my kraken account thats what i used to mske the payment.
So i send 390$ for the Ck box II whixh i thought was for the SC box II which is 399$ so i hurry up and send another 20$ but that 20$ went to the right address. I have all the proof and the transaction hashes plus the good thing is i did it on kraken.
Its been over 24 hours and they not said anything.
You would think goldshell would have a better team a online chat something.

well, I ended up getting the CK box II from goldshell but I have heard nothing yet about the overpayment I sent them.
The thing is they have a thread on their website it says they will send you the money back but charge a 20% transaction fee I am ok with that but it has been a while and they won’t even reply to my thread.
