Can anyone help? I recently received my HS5 Goldshell. However, the red light (“fault”) and green light ("normal) are constantly on. My power cable and ethernet both work fine. Does anyone have a solution?

Firmware version2.2.1 Hardware version 30.40.A6
Upgraded firmware successfully, change power cord, change PDU power cord.
, Restarted HS5 3 times, change Pool setting several times, change network cable, and It still become inactive after 15 minutes. It states (Miner pool is not ready yet) any ideas?
