i am trying GoldShell Hub but all my miners er offline… there are in a remote place
are there any ports that need to be opened ?

i am trying 2 use goldshell hub to remote my 3 miners…
they are in a remote place on a mobile broadband router…
But in Goldshell Hub i can see they offline.
But i can see ind Dxpool they are working fin…
I got
2 Goldshell-MiniDOGEPro Firmware 2.24
1 Goldshell-HSBox Firmware 2.24…
What more detail do you meed ?

Hey Anders. When logged into one of your miners, under System, do you have Enable Cloud Control turned on with your cloud key set?

Yes, and if i delete them, they will come in again… so i will say it works… but they are offline.
Hi Anders. I had some time to play with the hub stuff. I did have a miner showing as offline even though it wasn’t. I rebooted the miner and it showed as online after the reboot completed.
I also added a new miner that I hadn’t gotten around to setting up for cloud control.
Question, has the cloud hub ever showed your miners as online?
