Goldshell KD2 | My Miner Shop

https://myminershop.com/product/goldshell-kd2/ wondering what your opinion is. Real or scam

Prices about 1/3 what others are selling for. I put their address from their contact info, Arnheim Netherlands, into Google Earth and it shows something called “Post Services”. Looked on both sides of the building… same.

Looks scammy as hell.

KDbox is over 3k from goldshell now and they have a KD2 for under 3k. I wouldn’t.

It seems a little funky. Looks to good to be true. Thanks

Hey vosk can you check out that website. https://myminershop.com/product/goldshell-kd2/. Let me know what you think

Super Scammy!!! 2 of their reviews on their site are from diffferent “names” but are the exact same text. Prices are not anywhere comparable to market, they are way too low. I would not even consider it, serious scam alert!!!

I thought so too. Thanks

Without a doubt, it’s a scam. Why would someone sell a KD2 or a KD5 at $2800 and $6200 when they’re currently producing $86/day and $257/day?

Now, there might be a genuine ASIC reseller called My Miner Shop. It might even be located in the Netherlands. But this web site is not it.

The site now appears to have been pulled but at one time, there was a site www.goldshellminer.com (scam) that looked absolutely identical to the real deal, www.goldshell.com. To make matters more confusing, @goldshellminer is the real company’s Twitter handle.

My point is that the space is absolutely loaded with scammers. As others have said, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. But the smartest scammers know to price at market or ever so slightly below market so that it looks more realistic than the obvious scammer advertising a $55k (my estimate of market price) KD5 for $6200 in order to entice a newb. So be careful out there.
