Would the EVGA Supernova 850 G7 be a good set up if you have one Goldshell mini 2 and you think you want to have 2 down the road? Only want one PSU but would like the option in the future to not have to buy another one if I had a second unit. Want a mid level quality that should hold up. Is there enough connections on the PSU for two not sure how this 6 pin stuff works. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Get a server PSU with a breakout board. Box II all look to be 400W, so if you want to power 2 of them, 800W with 80% rule so 1000W minimum PSU.

Those server PSU’s are not very noisy if they aren’t hot or loaded. But if either of those happen that little fan starts whining.
I’ve got a couple of Goldshells on a regular PC PSU, but they are 200W boxes so no problem. For your Box II’s you’d need something more, like this:
Not sure where you would got one where ever you are, but they are easy to get here in NZ.
