I am a follower of your YouTube channel. I’ve gotten into crypto mining about a year ago.
Because of your inspiration, you seem like a smart guy I thought you could be trusted.
I have purchased one of these goldshell mini doge and Litecoin Minor
I’m writing you asking for some help, please .
Mini mine tails edition I purchased for $800 with the power supply arrived DOA.
I’ve contacted the company through email speaking with a representative named Anne.
I received several different emails with directions,
Factory reset , some downloads to reflash the unit One email requested that I take apart my other miner and switch the main control boards to see if I still have the same problem.
I’m not going to take apart a operating minor because they requested me too. The newest minor is DOA.
I have going back-and-forth for several weeks to no avail they’re running around in circles.
I’m hoping that you wouldn’t mind reaching out to the company on my behalf to see what can be done to correct this problem. This unit is sitting here not making any coins every day which equals I’m losing money.
I’m sorry to ask this of you.
The companies support team is less to be desired.
I think they’re a bunch of idiots.
I am more than willing to give you more detailed information if this request actually reaches you.
I have my doubts.
I am an older gentleman and I do not have a lot of money, $800 is quite a bit of money for me.

You need to give specifics of the actual problem…and also what you have tried to do to fix the issue. Does the unit even power on, if not have you tried a different psu? Info like that will be needed to help troubleshoot
I didn’t want to take my miner apart either, but I did it it because it was the shortest path to resolution. They have to know which part to send you.
