I think he has a legitimate reason to be upset along with all Steve’s other customers who have been waiting for weeks… I’m sure Steve is also upset at his suppliers, he evidently is not getting answers himself or he would surly pass that info along.
He has contact with Steve not the Supplier. Steve sold the items so he is responsible for updating time frames etc… If you ordered a vacuum from Best Buy and paid and they did not give you a product or give you a date for weeks or Months is it Best Buy you will be pissed at or the Vacuum company?
I think all the orders will be filled soon or I hope they will so that a lot of people can get this off their mind… I can imagine its very stressful for both parties.

You actually have the $ to go legal? You give a date and hand it off to the lawyer. Protip: ask for an asset search first unless you like losing twice. Winning a claim is not the same as collecting on the claim.
