For all that it may concern

Did you buy miners from him? If you did, which ones?

Hello. I did. They were both the l3+. One with apw7 psu and other without

Great! As everyone who has received anything from him lately.

Finally… but I would guess no one will ever see those units from 2021 ordered

I was wondering why every forum post didn’t have his responses, lol now we know.

This was probably everyone’s means of contact for him that had purchased. Now you can’t tell if he’s ran from obligation to deliver. As long as he was posting you knew he wasn’t running or hiding.

I was thinking that also, but it was so annoying him trying to sell more product. Even with this proceeds they are likely going to a lawyers pocket now. Steven seems to know the escape goat method of lawyer up. Even with a judgment you get nothing but a piece of paper. You can try to collect every 10 years with more court papers. He can put every thing in his father name which shows to live at that same address as him.

I won’t question the motives of this guy, but the approach he took doesn’t pass the smell test to me. Based on what some have posted here, he led people to believe that he had these items in hand. Perhaps he did this with the honest belief that he would be able to get his hands on this equipment and fulfill all the orders for which he took money. But there are a ton of fail points with this guys approach and one of those seems to have happened. But his response to individuals whose money has (large amounts in some cases) possession of speaks louder than anything else. A reasonable person would have understanding and would do everything they could to make it right and he seems to get fairly aggressive at being asked very reasonable questions. Again, perhaps he was well intentioned in the beginning but this whole situation smells sour to me and the constant excuses make it smell worse. I hope all of those who gave this guy money in good faith are able to get to a good solution, but the lack of trust in this arena is one of my biggest hurdles to obtaining equipment for me personally.

I’m sure this will end up being a criminal case rather than civil.

Yep it might go criminal or civil but in end now that it’s come to this those 26 people will be lucky to get any money in 2 to 5 years and then if criminal be lucky to see it in ten years some times just being quiet is best thing coming from someone that runs two successful company in two different states but who knows

Being quiet gets money back faster? Guess I don’t understand that last part?

What I mean fighting over it for months on social media is not way to go once was enough if the 26 people already started criminal or civil proceedings your money has been put on hold or used for his lawyer he will be instructed to not give your money back or supply the merchandise unless there a judge involved already with lawyer agreeing and if he goes to jail you can almost forget about the money he’ll have already spent it on a lawyer(which will be good one since u guys gave him a lot) and what ever else he wanted because he’ll just serve his time then just get his paycheck garnished 10% which what it sounds like it’s hundreds of thousands of dollars which will take him decades

I wouldn’t be surprised if it got thrown out of court immediately. I’m not sure how many crypto scams have went through the court system or if they will hear them on a small level.

Assumptions, but not facts until proven. The amount of money is not small, I have heard of way smaller amounts being prioritized.

He actually replied to my text today. Sadly it was the same lame excuse that he doesn’t Even know an estimated time of shipment even though I am now almost 10 weeks since I paid.

@TommyKnocker95 why would you kick a dead horse on the ground when they arnt here to share their part of the situation with you?

Here’s something I received for better understanding since (Master3004)(Steven) couldn’t be here to share it.

Tommy is Red… Master3004 (which isn’t able to be here) is Blue

I’m just doing this cause so far he’s been great with doing business with and is currently help teaching me new things for the crypto mining world and also is help getting me started with my crypto farm.

Glad he worked for you. I have not received my order in 3 months. I have received actually dozens from literally any other supplier. His practice looks like a ponzi scheme, and he does not respond even the most non confrontational posts. Then wonders why he gets letters from lawyers.

So far I couldn’t complain at all with him I get my orders in when he told me and I’m waiting on some orders where he waits on his suppliers

You sure he gets letters in? You check his mail on a day to day basis?

MrMike if you where on our side you’d be upset as well. You know I have now 3 suppliers that are legit and the more I talk to them and ask about this situation they said the time it’s taken to ship these miners our is NOT common and delays are common and usually only take 15 day lead time to correct.

That is very messed up and I see lots of red flags legally with that. Just to let you know sir IF Tommy says to take that down you have to by law. Not doing so infringement upon rights when not criminal act has been done. It has nothing to prove!

Also Tommy as well as EVERYONE else has not received shipping times yet and are either scared or upset. They have a right to be!

I will say this and read this clearly EVERYONE, with Steven NOT giving any time lines on shipping is against the law, also if he says it COULD be another month and the person who made the purchase does not reply it saying that that person agrees to that time line. So Tommy not agreeing to this time line makes Tommy the one who has more leverage in this matter…look for yourself!

How did I get this information? Lawyer told me to look at the laws of the FTC on online purchases and payment agreements.

Well we are told he has a “Legal Team” and is gonna sue folks for slander. If you were told you were gonna get product in a month and a half, twice the normal delivery time. then it turns into three months, and you are blamed that it is your fault, and are against him, when you ask for simple delivery dates. Can’t be told the supplier to ask questions either, because of NDA’s… what would you think? Add to this it seems only people who had larger orders, or did not order L3’s are the only ones affected? Dunno you might ask questions too.
