Often you can resolve a dispute by talking to a person in a position of authority at the business, such as a manager or even the company president. They want your business and know it is usually easier to resolve a dispute and keep a good customer than it is to find a new one.

How is it possible you do this for donations, reviews and donā€™t care about the money yet most of your customers feel you treat them like shit. Way to run a successful company bud.

@MrMike1992 It seems your implying that because Georgia does not require merchants to offer a refund that it absolves the merchants and retailers there of any sort of responsibility whatsoever when it comes to timely deliver of paid for goods and services. Please clarify your point here as you are only stating an omission of law, that is, there is no law on the books regarding merchants responsibility to a refund policy.

It is my understanding that this only applies to goods and services that were actually rendered/delivered. (Picture a fruit stand with an all sales final sign) Otherwise I could sell you something online, never deliver it, then hide behind the ā€œIā€™m not required to refund youā€ phrase. To further elaborate and take this logic to its extreme: first I sell you a doodad online, second I set the delivery date at one hundred years from now citing that Iā€™m not required to offer a refund, third since the delivery date is so far in the future and the customer is likely going to be dead by the time it arrives I never actually place the order to get the doodad delivered, fourth I walk off with your money knowing the law has fully backed up my theft and there is nothing you can do about it.

This scenario is of course outrageous but it goes to prove the fallacy in such a statement. @MrMike1992 Why do you continue to gaslight people and make them feel wrong for being concerned about their hard earned money? People are not wrong for being concerned.
