This forum has gotten outrageous. I first joined the forum to learn about crypto and get connected to miners, unfortunately that is not whats going on here. I understand there is always two sides to a story and there is always hidden agendas and motives behind any argument. I however am hard pressed to agree with the Master3004 haters. Here is why, I have used @Master3004 for miner purchases and my interaction with him was nothing but professional. I reached out to @master3004 when I first saw his price lists, he not only had the cheapest prices he also had the best customer service. He not only took my phone calls, he also answered an enormous amount of my questions. @master3004 took my order, sent me an invoice and a timely shipping/tracking number. I understand being told ā€œthere is no updateā€ is frustrating, however there is not much you can do when the miner is coming from China and they donā€™t even know when theyā€™re shipping. The world is in a supply chain deficit and that equates to shortage of parts. Regardless, @master3004 took care of me! In all honesty, this looks like all the little fish are ganging up and attacking the BIG FISH. Rivalry and competition amongst vendors drives best prices and benefits all. Slander, insults, accusations and smear campaigns to steal a competitors costumers is simply embarrassing. Prices speak, to beat @master3004 beat his prices and if you cant, you should accept it and find ways to be more creative in marketing. @master3004 has taken care of me and I recommend him.

Clearly you have not read what has been happening lately. All the posts from @Master3004 and his current orders yet to be delivered have shown how he is anything but professional. If there is anyone responsible for losing clients it is Steven himself, he has treated a lot of us like shit showing he doesnā€™t actually care for his customers or their reviews. Please get informed before posting accusations like that. Do you have any proof of anyone running a campaign to steal customers? Smh.

First time you post and its to defend and attack others. You talk about fish but you are the one smelling fishy. We just hope to those whom have purchased a product get their product in a reasonable time frame.

Update. I posted above that I purchased from @Master3004 before. My first miner got delivered in 9 days. I just received my 2nd one yesterday from Steve. I have nothing but positive things to say. Steve has spent hours on the phone helping me set everything up as I stated before Iā€™ve been a investor in crypto for years but new to mining. I just wanted to share my experience. As for me I would order from him again. @VoskCoin

With the Chinese New Year happening in a couple of days, no email notification, pretty sure I am not getting a delivery for 3+ months. I will post if I am wrong.

I was wondering why every forum post didnā€™t have his responses, lol now we know.

This was probably everyoneā€™s means of contact for him that had purchased. Now you canā€™t tell if heā€™s ran from obligation to deliver. As long as he was posting you knew he wasnā€™t running or hiding.

I was thinking that also, but it was so annoying him trying to sell more product. Even with this proceeds they are likely going to a lawyers pocket now. Steven seems to know the escape goat method of lawyer up. Even with a judgment you get nothing but a piece of paper. You can try to collect every 10 years with more court papers. He can put every thing in his father name which shows to live at that same address as him.

I wonā€™t question the motives of this guy, but the approach he took doesnā€™t pass the smell test to me. Based on what some have posted here, he led people to believe that he had these items in hand. Perhaps he did this with the honest belief that he would be able to get his hands on this equipment and fulfill all the orders for which he took money. But there are a ton of fail points with this guys approach and one of those seems to have happened. But his response to individuals whose money has (large amounts in some cases) possession of speaks louder than anything else. A reasonable person would have understanding and would do everything they could to make it right and he seems to get fairly aggressive at being asked very reasonable questions. Again, perhaps he was well intentioned in the beginning but this whole situation smells sour to me and the constant excuses make it smell worse. I hope all of those who gave this guy money in good faith are able to get to a good solution, but the lack of trust in this arena is one of my biggest hurdles to obtaining equipment for me personally.

Iā€™m sure this will end up being a criminal case rather than civil.

Yep it might go criminal or civil but in end now that itā€™s come to this those 26 people will be lucky to get any money in 2 to 5 years and then if criminal be lucky to see it in ten years some times just being quiet is best thing coming from someone that runs two successful company in two different states but who knows

Being quiet gets money back faster? Guess I donā€™t understand that last part?

What I mean fighting over it for months on social media is not way to go once was enough if the 26 people already started criminal or civil proceedings your money has been put on hold or used for his lawyer he will be instructed to not give your money back or supply the merchandise unless there a judge involved already with lawyer agreeing and if he goes to jail you can almost forget about the money heā€™ll have already spent it on a lawyer(which will be good one since u guys gave him a lot) and what ever else he wanted because heā€™ll just serve his time then just get his paycheck garnished 10% which what it sounds like itā€™s hundreds of thousands of dollars which will take him decades

I wouldnā€™t be surprised if it got thrown out of court immediately. Iā€™m not sure how many crypto scams have went through the court system or if they will hear them on a small level.
