He actually replied to my text today. Sadly it was the same lame excuse that he doesnât Even know an estimated time of shipment even though I am now almost 10 weeks since I paid.
@TommyKnocker95 why would you kick a dead horse on the ground when they arnt here to share their part of the situation with you?

Glad he worked for you. I have not received my order in 3 months. I have received actually dozens from literally any other supplier. His practice looks like a ponzi scheme, and he does not respond even the most non confrontational posts. Then wonders why he gets letters from lawyers.
So far I couldnât complain at all with him I get my orders in when he told me and Iâm waiting on some orders where he waits on his suppliers

MrMike if you where on our side youâd be upset as well. You know I have now 3 suppliers that are legit and the more I talk to them and ask about this situation they said the time itâs taken to ship these miners our is NOT common and delays are common and usually only take 15 day lead time to correct.
That is very messed up and I see lots of red flags legally with that. Just to let you know sir IF Tommy says to take that down you have to by law. Not doing so infringement upon rights when not criminal act has been done. It has nothing to prove!
Also Tommy as well as EVERYONE else has not received shipping times yet and are either scared or upset. They have a right to be!
I will say this and read this clearly EVERYONE, with Steven NOT giving any time lines on shipping is against the law, also if he says it COULD be another month and the person who made the purchase does not reply it saying that that person agrees to that time line. So Tommy not agreeing to this time line makes Tommy the one who has more leverage in this matterâŚlook for yourself!
How did I get this information? Lawyer told me to look at the laws of the FTC on online purchases and payment agreements.

Well we are told he has a âLegal Teamâ and is gonna sue folks for slander. If you were told you were gonna get product in a month and a half, twice the normal delivery time. then it turns into three months, and you are blamed that it is your fault, and are against him, when you ask for simple delivery dates. Canât be told the supplier to ask questions either, because of NDAâs⌠what would you think? Add to this it seems only people who had larger orders, or did not order L3âs are the only ones affected? Dunno you might ask questions too.

You know whatâs funny Mike S. I read that text again and I see a whole lot of wrong doing and things that WILL not hold up in court, words that where slipped by Steven out of anger and not thought! So I screenshot them and have that information too to add to the information neededâŚIF NEEDED!

WE DID NOT ORDER THROUGH HIS WEBSITE!! HIS WEBSITE WAS NOT EVEN ACTIVE OR ON AT THAT TIME! NO TERMS OF SERVICE WAS PRESENTED.
A square invoice was sent to approve payment and amount but no terms of service was on listed on it. I asked EVERYONE who received this invoice and rhey did not see it or gmfind it either.
I still have all my invoices, screenshots and duplicates of everything. You should have one too if you orderedâŚgo look!
Also may I add respectfully add when you agree to something when payment is involved, a click or bold headline should be place in a pay wall before payment.

T&Câs donât protect the seller from failure to deliver or anything that is outside of the law. I know for a fact that T&Câs rarely hold up in court, at the end of the day all that matters is whatâs written in law.

I am going to gather more information to protect me and also the others that have ordered from Master. I will not have to use it if there is no intention or obligation to fraud as well as a decent official shipping time that is in a timely manor.
See MrMike what if it takes 6 months to get an asic that could of been ordered through a different supplier and have it within a month? If we are expecting to receive these that far from now we need to know, being 6 months as an example. Everything on my end with communication from suppliers in China "that he uses BTW " is not adding up. Along with no clear time or real time frames on delivery of our items we ordered make things very hard to go well in his favor. I am not saying Steve cammed us, I am just simply stating we need correct and more accurate information on our orders that are more professional.
But see I personally am okay with waiting till March to get a tracking number unless I have a legit shipping time frame from the supplier to show authenticity from the source. After that I do NOT agree to the delays and will have to take legal action in due part of ByteHash Blockchains to protect capital and financial risk and liabilities on the company.
All that I and others want is clarity and legit information with approximate time on our SPECIFIC orders, not: quote⌠âyea l7 are available and ship within 30days. thats the only updateâ answers." End quote,

From the Uniform Commercial Code
§ 2-309. Absence of Specific Time Provisions; Notice of Termination.
(1) The time for shipment or delivery or any other action under a contractif not provided in this Article or agreed upon shall be a reasonable time.
Reasonable time would be considered based on industry standards for like goods. As you are aware it is not standard in the industry to wait 3 months for a KD box. Most KD boxes ship within 2 weeks or less.

This is NOT a crypto scam. This is a licensed dealer with a d LLC selling products he has not delivered. Perhaps we will all suddenly have miners show up in 3 to 4 months from now? Who knows. But we have no time lines and a much longer than expected wait time with no end in sightâŚ.
I would personally find a lawyer that knows the state laws and use my free consultation. I would find out what it would cost me in legal fees and the odds of me ever collecting or having him criminally charged. I have a lot of respect for yâall because yâall have waited way longer than I would have. Hell Iâve filled in two weeks waiting on things Iâve ordered but on eBay so itâs not the same. Iâm sorry yâall are going through this.

Even though this does NOT apply to his buyers waiting on order as we did NOt buy from his site and his site was not established while products where ordered. But for future buyers as well as information to keep handy on his so called "Force Majeure " clause, it will not stand in the situation of his so called âdelaysâ.
