Hey cryprominernv, since your a deal amd have access to suppliers in China, have you heard of any delays in this industry on asics?
I have contacted 3 suppliers in China and they are not having any delays and 3 month waits are not heard if on ānon pre orderā orders.

No, there hasnāt been any delays as far as I know. As I have mentioned many times in the past, all IN STOCK miners never take more than 30 calendar days to arrive. I have dealt with 2-3 different vendors and all of them ship no later than 5 business days for in stock miners. Only time you will come across delay is during import/export process in which neither the sellers nor vendors have control.
Itās obvious that master clown is running a ponzi and/or outright scamming people.

I am starting to think he is thinking all this will go away and people will forget about thier hard earned money. He had the nerve to tell me "which is documented " that any money LOST he is not liable for with his sp called terms and conditions.
I as well as others have asked him multiple times of the miners we ordered where in stock or not and he refuses to answer. He knows that is the part that will get him in trouble.
The gavel will come down hard because I as well as the rest of the 20+ people are furious!

Itās unfortunate what had happened. Please get in touch with the local DA in his city as miner388 had mentioned along with filing a police report with grovetown pd. it makes me sick to my stomach to see this scumbag roaming around the internet possibly looking for his next victim

Not sure if itās fake or not but mixing his personal and (un)professional life isnāt ok or normal. Itās sad bc if it is real he is using his dads health issues as a distraction to the countless people bearing down on his scamā¦.

Because two hours later he is screamin lawyers. If it had been serious I would not expect to hear back for a day or two. Thus it seems off to me. But at this point everything he does seems off. Hard to have sympathy for a guy who seems to have no compunction about taking peopleās money.

You can tell Mr Steve, his delays from the supplier I can confirm are lies now. From what know now and his lack of transparency, this is now a criminal case with 20+ people against 1 from many states. He should have been transparent from the beginning. I am sorry about his dad and hope he is well but this is a buisness matter and buisness is buisness. I hated to go this route but it must be done to protect the previous buyers as well as the future buyers.
