For reference ViaBTC | What is ViaBTC Crypto Loans
I tried to do this a while ago and while it let me set up an account for it, it said I was too small 
But with the past 24 hour events, it made me think it again. Is it as good as it sounds to lock in a fixed selling price, keep mining and the only thing that will slow you down is network difficulty, or are the interest rates too high?
