download the app on your mobile phone. There is not a desktop app so I hope you dont have a old flip phone from 2010.

You need to create an account on whatever pool you want to send your crypto to. Then setup your miner with the pool settings. The pools normally have a tutorial or faq’s on how to get everything connected. Also, youtube has info on how to do it.
