Hi guys first post here hopefully you can help me. I have 3x L9’s in my fully brick walled basement, they are located in a back room 3mx2m with intake and exhaust shrouds.
Intake shrouds have a filter and I have an AC in that room to keep it cool (generally stays around avrg 24 degrees C).
Exhaust shrouds have a duct going through the wall of the mining room into another 5mx15m room (where the entrance door is at the front).
I have a 1070m3h rated fan extracting hot air, but not ducted to outside, (main basement entrance door has 75cmx75cm grills) and have an intake fan rated 1500m3h not currently set up but I plan for it to blow air into the 5mx15m room (not into the mining room).
The 2 rooms are divided with a wall & door, (door left open). So the front door and the back mining room distance is more than 15m apart.
I have had troubles with high rpm fan speeds and overheating causing the machines to fault. Can someone advise me on the correct set up, for example, must the extraction fan be ducted to go outside the front door? Must the intake duct reach the actually mining room? Can I attach a 3 way T piece to the extraction ducts directly onto the exhaust shrouds?
I have tried running all 3 with the door open aswell however they fault (runs smoothly with 1). Is the airflow not right, is that what the problem is?
I hope I explained myself and haven’t caused any confusion, if so please fire away and I will answer any questions. I will try upload a floor layout plan to make it clearer to understand. Any suggestions on the correct set up will be a life saver for me. Thank you in advance for your contributions.
