Help with KDA BOX setup

hello team,
i recently bought a KDA Box miner and i’m in the process of seting up.
While i followed all instractions from youtube channel the pool Setting is greyedout ,
and the i see this message at home page: Oops ! Miner pool is not ready yet. Make sure the miner is fully constructed and connected to a router.
Can you please help to overcome this ?

DiD you click on the “Unlock” button in the upper right corner? Username is admin and password is 123456789. You then should be able to edit the pool settings.

yes i did and still the same issue

if you have unlock it and still doesnt work
it could be that you having network issues.
Try to plug your miner directly to the router , restart your router and make sure you have internet
