First post and I’ll make it brief. I bought a HS Lite from Goldshell. Sent them 875 in BTC . Long story short, DHL lost my order. Goldshell will not stand behind their shipping of said product. DHL says Goldshell claimed the loss for DHL HongKong. Goldshell and I have been back and forth through email for over 6 weeks. Goldshell will only offer 70 dollars Canadian. How can you deal with this company? Has anyone had any luck in dealing with them? I have 20+ emails and it goes on and on and on, how do you deal with these criminals? As a warning I would be wary in dealing with Goldshell…

Item was declared lost by DHL but they are messing around with me , unreal customer service been mailing back and forth over a month

I hate both DHL and FedEx. I wish Goldshell used USPS or UPS. I can’t tell you how many times both DHL and FedEx “lost” my shipped items. Best of luck!

Its #7709 and I posted a pic on the feed of my actual invoice. I am not expecting you to do anything, I know how busy you are as I have followed you for a few years now. I contacted Goldshell James also… He just refers me to support which is giving me a run around now for a few months. I wouldn’t have had this issue if the site allowed credit card. Without credit card you have no recourse… So they blame DHL , DHL tell me to go after shipper , its a non stop loop designed to frustrate and make you give up… Anyhow have a good day , Good luck on the new miner, looks cool!
