Is it plugged into a 220v line??

Yes I have a 240 outlet with a L6-30p pdu and a c19-c20 Cable connecting the miner. I tested the Ethernet cable and it is running fine also tested the outlet with a multimeter and Iā€™m getting the 240. One thing interesting the machine is turning on but the pdu is not showing any amperage. Also tested it with the multimeter and getting the 240.

I hate to say this, but it seems like you might have a bad miner. Where did you purchase your miner from? Are you able to get it serviced? Try contacting www.eastcoastmining.com and speak with one of the reps. I heard they fix asic miners.

I had the same issue with my CK box. Does the HS5 have wifi? If it does connect to the wifi and go to 192.168.0.1 and you should be able to set everything up

I usually start my troubleshooting (if the power is OK) by investigating my ethernet setup / configuration, especially if you are unable to ping your miner on your local network. Try different router / switch and see if that makes a difference.
