I am confused on how to convert HSN (Handshake) to any other currency. It is simple to exchange Bitcoin to USD or vice versa but it seems like converting from HSN is impossible. Please help.

I’ve been using CoinEx, converting to ETH/BTC. Auto deposit into CoinEx each day.
