I would say that it depends how precise and serious you want the results.
If it’s just out of curiosity and for one miner at a time, then you’re probably best off finding something on amazon or elsewhere that meets your needs.
If you want to control the temperature on several devices at the same time, you could build something with Arduino components, with as many probes as you need for a small budget.
I have found it sufficient for me to control the room of the miners with a standard WIFI smart home switch socket. Some of these things also log the ambient temperature, which can then be read in the app, although it’s not very precise.
