it worth expend on a immersion system(self made) and of course the cooling liquid form engineered fluids.

If you just bought 1xS17+, I would say it is not worth for you to prepare a set of oil cooling equipment, based on cost-benefit considerations. But if you bought S19 the latest model with good EER, sure you need to consider it. And you could add the miners in the near future, and can mine bitcoin in the next cycle without being phased out.
