@StaticM , the water cooler portion is in reference to the secondary loop. assuming the primary loop is the bitfluid or based on the ebay post (Electro cool) and water for the secondary loop.
You will however need a heat exchanger between the 2 loops

Way better ways to do this smaller cheaper and well down right not a big heaping mess like this thing is.

Go look up single phase immersion cooling.
