IP address issues on S17 pro… Need Help

Need Help Please
Bought a second hand Aintminer S17 pro 53
When I first plug it and press the IP reporter button I was able to get into Bitmain main setting and was configuring my miner pools settings after I select what I wanted than my miner stop connecting to the internet. I press and hold the IP button and nothing working . Tried pinging my miner and theirs no connection. Also my reset button is working either . Lastly I try plugging it in my router surround that didn’t work . I have four other miners all Goldshell and they all are working fine .

hello, Try to use btctools and scan your ip range and check , if not find , try to check ip which are connected to your router by your computer antivirus , usually these methods work for all , if need any more help let m know .
