Is Bobcat miner still in business

I have sent 4 emails to support@bobcatminer.zendesk.com. I never get any response. I sent my payment in December and was hoping to change my address for shipping . Does anyone know how I can communicate with them? I am concerned. Thanks

I would try to email. It may take a week to hear something but if you put all the info in the first email, they’ll take care of it. I had an issue with the frequency I bought and emailed all the info and by the time they responded, everything was taken care of. Hope this helps ease your anxiety :v:t3:

They are extremely slow at everything but they generally do respond.
