Is my KD5 toast? Help

I was wondering why card 2 was acting up a while ago, but it came back to “good” one day and I kept on mining. Now I am past my warranty and have no fans (intake and exhaust for the cards) and can’t find the miners IP. So I ordered 4 new fans that will be here tomorrow and decided to dive in and found that on one side of card 2 some of the small fin fans are out of place and some are touching…

So is it toasted?
Can I try running 3 cards?
And if it’s not completely done for can anyone fix this?

Well, that looks like it got a little warm. Can you move the heatsinks with your fingers are they loose?

I tried to move them gently, but no luck. I put the three good cards back in and I was in the same situation as when I started. No worse, but no better.
