The Jasminer X4 1U server ETH miner is here.
ETH/ETC Miner 520MH 240 Watts
Yup, just 240 Watts. Runs on 220V power
$12,500 (Instock)
$11,880 (Shipping end of month)
This thing is a monster, and given the efficiency it will likely be profitable even after ETH goes 2.0.
Also for today I have a BM-K1+ Kadena 15TH January Preorder available for $33,000, but will need confirmation today.
Hi, Can you please let me know how it can be profitable even after ETH 2.0 is released, a bit confused but can make an informed decision if you can provide the info.
It mines the Ethhash algorithm, Ethereum is the most profitable. However the algorithm covers ETC (Ethereum classic), as well as ETP/EXP/PIRL/DBIX/RESOC/EGEM/ELLA/ATH/MIX/CLO/ MOAC/ETHO/ETX. Don’t know much about these other coins, point being that it’s the most efficient ETHhash miner out there. and ETC is projected to be profitable even after the merge.
GPU miners are discussing moving to ETC, Raven, or Concave when ETH 2.0 comes.
Thank you for the info. This ETH 2.0 is making us live in limbo. The returns looks good on ETH rather than ETC but not sure if I can bet on ETH with a ASIC miner. I have GPU mining ETH and will be moving it to something when the move happens.
Price is all in. Covers shipping, tariffs, and other related costs. This model at 520MH would earn just over $30 a day before electric costs. However given the efficiency it will incur very little electrical cost over the long term. Mining is not a short term prospect, it’s a only a viable investment strategy if you keep a long term outlook.
@Aaron_Raycove this seems to be interesting option. I am considering ETH miner as well, and as everybody else there is some uncertainty for ETH 2 timeline but as you mentioned there are other coins to be mined as well once ETH moves to POS.
By any chance do you know what is the price of iPollo V ?
There is iPollo V mini with 300 MH @ 190 W what is crazy efficient as well and price in China is around 4.5 - 5 kUSD
Last price on the iPollo VI 3600MH 2300Watt was $65,000. Im assuming you’re referring to this one Ipollo V1 3600M. The only problem with Grin miners is how hard it is to cash out. I’m sitting on about 710 Grin with no way to dump it at the moment. So literally just mining it and hoping a major exchange will accept it at some point.
Actually they seems to be releasing V series for ETH as well please check it out https://ipollo.com/product/9
3.6-5.4 GH seems to be the beast but I can imagine price will be crazy as well…
