Im having trouble with connecting my kd box to dxpool . how do I reboot everything an d start over

You’ll find a reset button just below the indicator LEDs located at the upper part of the box. There’s a button the sticks out (for lack of a better description) and the reset button is below that. You’ll need a pen to push the button in. Hold for 5 seconds or until the indicator LEDs flash. You’ll be back to factory settings and the default password 123456789
