I tried changing pools. Rebooted and factory reset. I even did the sd card trick with the same results. I did find something on Goldshell’s site, but I’m waiting to hear from them.
Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I have also ruled out the internet or connectivity issues.

Are the boards reading -temps? Any red lights blinking?
Yes sir, temps are low. Nothing is hashing. I have tried different pools.
If it’s in warranty it needs repair. I sell a lot of Goldshells and when they don’t work, it’s because the hashboards wont fire and the temps read -45 to -60. Is it under warranty, if so reach out to them and see if you can get it shipped over there. If it’s NOT under warranty, first thing I would do is remove the top plate and make sure all hashboard screws are tight and any other connections to control board are also tight. If it’s not under warranty and you need it repaired, get back to me and we’ll set it up for you. Takes 6 weeks with travel plus or minus. Just a heads up of what you’re in for. Hope this helps.
